>> EYELASH EXTENSIONS
How are eyelash extensions applied? Do they damage my natural lashes?
Synthetic lashes are attached individually to your own lashes using a special adhesive, 1mm away from the skin. No, application of extensions are no less damaging than applying mascara.
How long do they last?
Extensions can last up to 3-6 weeks, with proper aftercare. Since lashes fall daily, it is recommended to come every two weeks for maintenance.
Can I use an eyelash curler and mascara?
It is not recommended to use a curler or mascara, as the mascara will interfere with the adhesive and the curler will damage the extensions.
How are eyelash extensions removed?
Lashes are removed by our technicians using a professional remover. Do not pick at lashes, as they will fall off naturally with the natural lash.
How do I care for my lashes in between visits?
By avoiding extreme heat, swimming, & steam rooms for the first 48hrs, you automatically preserve the life of your lashes. Use oil-free cleansers when removing, as the oil will dissolve the adhesive. After showing, pat lashes dry with a fiber free material, and use an eyelash brush to groom carefully when needed.
Will I be charged for cancelling my appointment?
A credit card is required to book and hold your lash extension appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will incur a $25 fee.
Avoid getting your new lashes wet for the first 6 hours after application.
Avoid extreme heat, swimming, steam rooms and hot saunas for the next 48 hours.
Do not use oil-based products, manuel eyelash curlers, perm or tint the lash extensions.
DO NOT apply mascara to your lash extensions.
Gently remove eye makeup with oil-free cleansers.
Avoid rubbing your eyes, and do not attempt to pull off loose lash extensions.
After you shower, gently pat your lashes dry with a fiber free material, and use a lash brush to groom any stray lashes, carefully and gently only when needed.
DO NOT attempt to remove your lash extensions yourself. Let them fall off by themselves or come and let us professionally remove them with a special remover.
